Highlights of 2024

2024 has been an exceptionally busy year for ID. With multiple installations across the UK, Europe and worldwide
After an exciting start to the year, with 7 JC's in 7 months, we certainly haven't seen a decrease since.

At BM Packaging, in Huddersfield, we were lucky enough to have a double installation of the JC Plus 3.6 machines.

Another double machine installation in Manchester - one 2.5 Flexo Folder Gluer with three colours and diecut and one double sided printer diecutter with 2 top and 2 bottom print units.

Across to the Caribbean, we had a huge installation of a new corrugator and a JC Plus 2.2m Flexo Folder Gluer with there colours and diecut in Jamaica at Jamaica Packaging. First quarter next year sees the arrival of a new Midas printer slotter to the same new factory.

A huge project was also undertaken this year at Lionkent, Bedfordshire.

After a disastrous start to the year involving a fire that completely destroyed their previous factory and the contents, Lionkent came to us with the need for an array of brand new machines. During build time, we manged to fulfil all their production needs with loan machinery from stock and within a few weeks after the fire, they were producing again.

Now the final phase has been completed with new installations including a JC Plus 2 colour printer slotter, Midas MD Ultra auto folder gluer with Transpak Strapper, Midas MD Ultra Semi Auto Stitcher/gluer, Midas SJ Digital Cutting Table, Midas beam slotter and slitter creaser, a Midas MD Classic and a rebuilt Rabolini hand platen.
